How my journey began

When I began planning my 50th birthday celebration I searched themes, invitations, and decorations to celebrate this milestone, and became disappointed with the selection to choose from. Every 50th party item felt so finite. It felt as if there would be nothing left to really celebrate after my 50th birthday. As I debated whether or not to settle with “Fifty and Fabulous” decorations, I asked myself “So what happens after 50? Do I suddenly fall off the face of the earth? Am I no longer fabulous?” Of course, I knew unequivocally the answer was I would still be beautiful, relevant, and fabulous. It was then that I proclaimed, “I am forever fabulous.”

Over the last 30 years, I’ve built my career around education and fashion. I continue to bridge these two loves as a professional development director, print and runway model, and emerging brand. I am now merging my experiences to design clothing and accessories and solidify a platform that truly celebrates us.
